Civilization before us Our human life evolved from the jungles of Africa about seventy thousand years ago. At that time, we lived in caves, ate wild groundnuts, hunted with ordinary spears and stones, and sometimes we hunted ourselves. But the descendants of the same ancestor who ran through the jungles of Africa yesterday are now parading in space. would ancient civilization look like this? Today our food and lifestyle have changed. Today, the same people who live in caves and hang in the trees are flying in skyscrapers and sophisticated means. Today we have reached the zenith of development. Today, we have developed so much that we are imagining building a house on the moon, the satellite of the earth. In addition, we are leading the plan to establish human settlements by exploring and researching other planets in the solar system. Not only that, today we have discovered such secrets of the universe. When there was no knowledge about it, our ancestors would sometimes look at the
Is it possible to go to a world outside the solar system?
When an astronaut thinks about observing the universe, he
remembers the Theory of Relativity. The great scientist Albert Einstein said
that nothing could be dropped or sent in space at or above the speed of light,
but today some researchers are working to build a spacecraft that can fly at
the speed of light or even beyond the laws of physics.
1. Project Daedalus
"Project Daedalus" has recently been developed in
the concept of a spacecraft called "Project Daedalus" to explore
beyond our universe. It was created in the 1970s by scientists from the British
Interplatonary Society. According to astronomers, there is a Bernard star about
6 light-years from Earth. Among the stars closest to our Sun, the Alpha
Centauri 9 is the second most active star and the Proxima Centauri is the ninth
most obscure. The star was discovered in 1916 by American astronomer Edward
Emerson Bernard Bhamdhabcham. That is why it is named Bernard. It is a very
low-mass red dwarf and is believed to have a possible planet in the solar
system. With this in mind, Project Daedalus has been designed. According to
astronomers, the star also has a gaseous planet in its solar system, which is
constantly orbiting it. Scientists have recently discovered a planet in this
star system.
Scientists designed Project Daedalus after five years of
hard work. Two nuclear rockets of 54,000 tons will be connected to its interior
in two phases. Which will provide the vehicle with 500 tons of robotic proof,
12% of the speed of light.
Its speed is so high that the Daedalus Bernard will reach
the star system in 50 years. The rocket attached to the vehicle is powered by
nuclear fusion and the electron beam is used to extract its fuel. Then the
extracted fuel is like helium three. Which can be extracted from the surface of
the moon. Even though it is a rocket weighing many tons, this vehicle will be
able to reach its full speed in just 4 years. Even if the Daedalus runs out of
fuel, it will not slow down.
Due to the large size of the Daedalus spacecraft, it will be
impossible to lift it above the Earth's surface. So this spacecraft will have
to be built in Earth orbit, but so far we do not have the capacity to build any
spacecraft. According to Crawford, a scientist at Burkeback College in the UK,
a spacecraft like the Daedalus will be ready in space in the next 100 years.
2. Project Icarus
This project is based on Project Daedalus, designed in The 1970s. It is a joint venture between the Icarus British Interplatanary Society
and the Icarus Interstellar Organization. According to a scientist working on
the project, a spacecraft like the Icarus could be built by 2,100. With the
help of this project, we will be able to go to any planet 22 light-years away
from the Earth, that is, to a planet with the possibility of life like Earth
orbiting the star Proxima Centauri.
To make this project a reality, it was proposed to install a
fusion rocket engine in the Icarus spacecraft. The concept was developed to use
a different type of nuclear fuel and that fuel would also be detonated by a
laser instead of an electron beam. Its prop will be less than the 400-ton
robotic Prob of the Daedalus, so the vehicle will be able to get its speed at
less fuel than the Daedalus.
3. Bussard Ramjet
Bussard Ramjet is a 1960 proposal by physicist Robert Bujad.
This connects the high power of the fusion rocket to the low fuel requirement
of the light cell. Instead of its own fuel, Bujad Ramjet will pull particles
and gas from the interstellar space into an electromagnetic field shaped like
its own funnel. The hydrogen obtained through interstellar space will be used
as fuel in a fusion rocket attached to the rear of the spacecraft. Which will
propel this vehicle forward at high speed?
According to one theory, the Bujad Ramjet will continue to
operate as long as there are gases and particles in space and the speed of
this spacecraft will be very close to the speed of light, but unfortunately!
Such particles are very rare in the stars around our solar system and there is
also very little hydrogen so it will not be enough to move the spacecraft
forward.
4. LightSail
According to scientist Crawford, humans do not need to use
any rockets to enter interstellar space. The light cell, which uses the light's
pressure to propel the spacecraft's payload, is considered to be the largest
tool for checking interstellar space. A 46-foot-wide light cell was used in a
Japanese spacecraft in 2010 to complete a six-month voyage to Venice Planet.
The light cell was considered to be the best tool for
examining the solar system because it is powered by sunlight, but the speed of
the light cell is not enough to cross the interstellar distance in the allotted
time. According to scientist Croft, this problem can be solved by pushing this
light cell with high speed at the beginning with a powerful laser. This will
make the speed of the light cell very high from the beginning because it will
be built in the orbit of the earth. This vehicle will not have to carry fuel so
it will weigh a lot less.
The idea to run a light cell vehicle from a laser came from
the Breakthrough StarSt project. Announced by Yuri Milner and Stephen Hawking.
A laser-powered light cell vehicle will be built for the project by 2036 at a
cost of резреж 10 billion.
About one thousand stamp size vehicles will be made in this project. It will
weigh only a few grams and will be attached to a 13-foot light cell. Which will
be projected from Mother Ship deployed in Earth orbit. They will be launched
out of Earth orbit at about 15-20 percent of the speed of light in space with
the help of a laser, and it will take about 20 to 30 years to reach the Proxima
Centauri and the Alpha Centauri system, which is 4 light-years away. But the
biggest challenge for scientists is to build a laser that can run a light cell
spacecraft.
5. Antimatter Rocket and Black Hole Drive
Apart from the various projects mentioned above, other
options for interstellar travel have also been put forward. According to
scientist Croft, antimatter can be a very good fuel if the rocket is powered by
a highly destructive reaction of quasi-matter and antimatter. Because it has a
lot of energy density but it is not in our environment and even if it has to be
made it will be very difficult, more costly, and extremely dangerous. A unique
technology will be used to fly such a spacecraft. In which the engine of the
vehicle will have a Schwarzschild Kugelblitz drive. In which an artificial
black hole will be used for energy.
This SK drive will convert the energy of the small black
hole into energy by controlling the intense and extremely dangerous radiation.
Which can be used to propel the spacecraft forward. Here an artificial black
hole will only work for a short time and then a new black hole will have to be
created. According to a 2009 newspaper, the SK drive will reach 10 percent of
the speed of light in about 20 days. A black hole will produce energy for 3.5
years and give 160 petawatts of energy to the vehicle in this time period.
6. Sleeper ships
Slipper sips are a slow boat, where people are kept in deep
space, meaning they will be kept in a special kind of hibernation because no
matter how long the journey, their age will not be affected.
8. Embryo ships
Embryo sips will be a spacecraft that will have unconscious
and frozen passengers, not living and sleeping people, and they will come to a conscious state as soon as they reach another planet, and they will be given
all the information by the robots in the spacecraft.
